Hi, my name is Bettina. I've always loved art, color, and being creative. After receiving my Bachelors degree of Fine Art, I had several creative jobs, including work on a nationally televised commercial. This lead me to pursue a license in cosmetology. I love the transformations that are possible with hair, but above all, how it can make someone feel complete.
I have over 25 years experience and specialize in color, color corrections and everything involving grey hair. That includes grey coverage, grey blending, and grey transformations. By grey transfomations or transition, I mean creating a new color palette & pattern that matches your natural so you may incorporate your natural color or quit coloring and go natural. This helps by not having to wait for it to grow out.
My foundation of training is a combination of the precision of Vidal Sassoon in both San Francisco and Los Angeles, and the freedom of design from Bumble and Bumble in New York. I place a strong emphasis on my education and lifelong learning of the latest trends and techniques that are constantly evolving in this industry.
When I'm not in the salon, I can be found painting portraits. Usually of someone's beloved pet.
I'm a retro, mid century modern enthusiast. My husband and I have 3 cats, love to swing dance and enjoy taking a cruise in our 1950 Mercury coupe on warm summer nights.
In my salon suite, I love to create a personal, experience just for you. That can include your choice of music, beverage, and even vibe. You want a completely quiet visit, you got it.
